The 157th Birth Anniversary Commemoration of Srimath Anagarika Dharmapala.

The 157th Birth Anniversary Commemoration and official ceremony of unveiling the statue of Srimath Anagarika Dharmapala (founder of The Mahabodhi Society Estd. in 1891) by Ven. Banagala Upatissa Nayaka Thero, President of Sri Lanka Mahabodhi Society and Sangha Nayaka Japan, under the distinguished patronage of His Excellency the Ambassador for Japan, Mr. Sanjiv Gunasekara, was held today at the Sri Sambuddhaloka Vihara, Tsukuba, Japan.
